Persons or entities (the “Client”) ordering Services from Umba (a business name for Blu Griffin Pty Ltd the “Company”) through this website agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Provision of Service

The Company will provide the following Services using reasonable care and skill:

1. Web content Services include monitoring spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors for existing written material to ensure that the text is presented in a clear fashion so the meaning is understood.
2. Proofreading Services involve eliminating incorrect spelling, grammar, and punctuation and ensuring that the entire content has consistency with structure and arrangement

Privacy Statement

Umba is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or give away your details to a third party unless required to do so by law.

Liability and Warranties

Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered or incurred by the other in connection with the performance of the Services. Although the utmost care and skills are used by Umba to deliver the Services to the Client, the Company does not warrant that the Services provided are complete or contain no errors.

Payment

The client shall pay the Company an amount in accordance with the invoice in advance of the Services to be undertaken. All prices are in US dollars.

Service Cancellation

The client shall give the Company a minimum of 1 month notice to cancel the Service where the Service relates to web monitoring. No refund will be offered once the Service has commenced.
